I graduated from the University of Toronto's Physiotherapy program in 2016 after completing my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at York University. I am a member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations and have completed my Level 1 Manual Therapy Certification.

I have a strong passion for health and fitness. I grew up participating in a variety of sports and completed at the international level in track and field and the provincial level in gymnastics. I also have my Black Belt in Taekwondo. In addition, I assisted with research on accelerating muscle recovery in the published book, Serious Strength Training, 3rd Edition.

As I continued to learn in my career, I discovered the essential benefit of pelvic floor physiotherapy and how under-utilized and unrecognized it is. Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction can occur at any age, even during or after pregnancy and/or menopause. It can be linked to low back pain, hip/pelvic pain, constipation, endometriosis, painful menstruation, and so much more! When I was pregnant, pelvic floor physiotherapy became vital in my prenatal care.

My perspective of physiotherapy is that it is not simply just a service provided for individuals recovering from injury/surgery, but it is also preventative in nature. Just like cars need quarterly maintenance in order to optimize their performance, so do we! Let me assist you in gaining/maintaining your strength, endurance, and flexibility as well as maximizing your daily function. Why not invest in your health and something that your future self will thank you for?
