Dr. Negin Vaziri, ND
Naturopathic Doctor

I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am also trained in cosmetic acupuncture and facial massage, integrating these techniques into my work with skin health and facial rejuvenation.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to creating a space where patients feel safe, respected, and heard. I believe meaningful healthcare begins with trust and open conversation, and I encourage patients to share their experiences at a pace that feels comfortable. I view health as an evolving journey, and my role is to offer guidance and support while helping patients better understand their bodies and the factors influencing their wellbeing. Together, we explore lifestyle patterns, stressors, and personal health goals to create care plans that feel realistic and supportive.
I approach health through a whole-person lens, recognizing that physical symptoms are often closely connected to mental, emotional, and environmental influences. Health concerns rarely fit neatly into one category, and they often change over time. For this reason, care is flexible and individualized, allowing treatment plans to evolve as your needs and goals change.
I commonly support patients with concerns related to stress, fatigue, and low energy, women’s health, gut and digestive health, and metabolic health, including blood sugar balance and weight management. I also work with musculoskeletal pain and injury, athletic performance and recovery, and provide general family care across all stages of life. Whether you are navigating a specific health concern or simply looking to feel better in your day-to-day life, my goal is to meet you where you are and support long-term, sustainable health.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy hot yoga and strength training, which help me stay grounded and present. I also enjoy playing the violin as a quiet, mindful way to slow down. In my free time, I like exploring new cafés, travelling, and getting outdoors for hikes and adventures. I value time with family and friends and spending time with my two dogs, who bring a lot of joy to my everyday life.
